When will I receive my cards?
You will receive them within 5 working days.
Can I limit their use?
Yes: from your account you can adjust the use of your cards by days, amounts and time slots. You can create as many profiles as you need and assign them to each of your company's users. To do this, all you have to do is access your account with your company login information.
How do I top them up?
When will the top-up be available?
If payment is made by card, the balance will be available on the cards 24 hours later. If it is made by bank transfer, the time it takes to receive the transfer (1-2 working days) must be added, so the period will be 2-3 working days since the transfer is made.
Can it be used in supermarkets?
In Spain, the current law contemplates the use of Ticket Restaurant in hotel and catering establishments, so it is not possible to use it in supermarkets. However, you can use your card in a large number of establishments that offer home delivery.
