Quick pizza recipe

We'll start with an easy recipe that's always a guaranteed hit: pizza. Not only because of the simplicity of the recipe, but also because of the variety of ingredients you can include, catering to all tastes, and what's more, it'll be ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of fajita bread
  • 1 tablespoon of fried tomato
  • Oregano
  • Onion
  • Green pepper
  • Mushroom
  • Grated cheese
  • Salami

Preparation

  1. Place the fajita bread on a plate and spread a spoonful of fried tomato well over the bread.
  2. Sprinkle a little oregano and grated cheese and start layering the vegetables on top.
  3. As a finishing touch, you can sprinkle on a little more grated cheese and oregano.

A perfect and tasty way to use up the ingredients you have in the fridge!

2. Easy mushroom and noodle soup recipe

A different recipe and a guaranteed hit for mushroom lovers. And yes, although it may seem unusual, this soup and noodle combination can be an ideal recipe for a healthy, hot meal, adding one of your favourite ingredients: mushrooms. Shall we begin?

Ingredients:

  • Chicken stock
  • Noodles
  • Forest mushrooms
  • 1 garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sweet paprika

Preparation

  1. Bring the broth to the boil and while it's heating, in another pan with a drizzle of oil, add the mushrooms, sliced garlic, and sweet paprika to taste.
  2. Stir until cooked, then set aside.
  3. Once the broth starts to boil, add the noodles. This time will be used to cook the mushrooms.
  4. Once the noodles are ready, we serve and add the mushrooms to each soup bowl… looks appetising, doesn't it?

For this recipe, it's ideal to always have some chicken stock frozen!

3. Easy Hake Galician Style Recipe

A balanced diet should always include fish. If you haven't had any for a while and don't know how to incorporate it without taking up too much time, this easy recipe is ideal, and it's ready in 10 minutes. Here's how to prepare it:

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • Hake cut into chunks
  • Pimentón de la Vera
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Slice the potato and drizzle with oil, cover with cling film and microwave for approximately 6 minutes.
  2. Once you've prepared the potato, place the hake slices on top and set the timer for about 3–4 minutes until you see that the hake is cooked.
  3. While our dish is preparing in the microwave, add a splash of extra virgin olive oil and the chopped garlic to a pan. Once the garlic has browned, add a teaspoon of paprika and a splash of vinegar.
  4. Finally, pour the sofrito over the hake and potatoes, season to taste, and it's ready!

In case you didn't know, besides heating food, the microwave can be a great ally in the kitchen, especially when you're in a hurry!

Ham and cheese filled empanadillas in 10 minutes

This latest recipe will serve you well for a simple weeknight meal as well as a starter for when you have guests, with the added advantage that it's suitable for making with your favourite filling, allowing you to offer a variety of irresistible pasties prepared in just 10 minutes. Here we have some cheese and ham ones, would you like to try them?

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry wafers
  • Cheese (to taste)
  • Ham
  • Beaten egg

Preparation

  1. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and fill with your favourite cheese along with chopped ham.
  2. Place the other pastry disc on top to close your pasty and seal the edge of the pasty with a fork.
  3. Finally, brush the closed empanadas with egg and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
