At Edenred, gender equality is not just a commitment, it's a reality. Our management team is made up of 50% by women and we guarantee a working environment without a pay gap. We promote equity through a Equality Plan which includes measures such as flexible working hours, the hybrid model, or work-life balance support during specific periods such as the start of the school year.
Generational diversity
Our team combines the Wisdom of experienced professionals with the Freshness and innovation of young talent. We have an international programme for mentoring annual, where experienced professionals share their knowledge with the new generations and currently, we coexist with four generations, combining experience, dynamism, and creativity to take Edenred further.

We are committed to equality and inclusion for the LGBTQI+ community. We have Non-discrimination policies, diversity training and a Glossary LGBTQI+ to raise awareness among our teams, ensuring a a respectful working environment where every person can develop their full potential without prejudice.
