Social benefits for employees

Providing beneficial working conditions for employees not only benefits the employees themselves, but also the company itself. Beneficial working conditions improve the company's productivity, ensure talent retention and help create synergies for the benefit of all stakeholders.

In this sense, in addition to salary, other important aspects to be taken into account when promoting these working conditions are social benefits offered to employees. Social benefits are benefits that are not economic in nature but still contribute to improving the working conditions and purchasing power of workers.

Two examples of the most common social benefits that a company can offer to its employees are Ticket Restaurant (which facilitates the payment of meals during working hours for employees), and Childcare Ticket (which helps to facilitate the reconciliation of work and family life for employees with children). In this way, employees' working conditions are improved beyond a simple salary increase, something that not all companies can afford at all times.
