Gender equality
At Edenred, gender equality is not just a value, it is a reality. In fact, our leadership team (managers and management) is 50% composed of women and we ensure that we work in an environment without a pay gap.

Beyond the numbers, At Edenred, we are committed to gender equality. We regularly give talks and training sessions to raise awareness of different subjects such as inclusive language and communication biases. In order to ensure that both men and women have the same opportunities for professional development, we have an Equality Plan with measures to facilitate work-life balance, such as flexible working hours, the hybrid work model or adaptation of working hours in the weeks in September for adaptation to nursery schools and schools.

Today, we have 4 generations sharing knowledge. Almost 40% of our employees are between 46 and 50 years old, bringing with them a wealth of experience and knowledge. Nearly 30% are between 36 and 46 years old, representing the strength and dynamism of the company. And more than 23% are between 26 and 35 years old, injecting freshness, creativity and innovation into our team.
