Privacy Policy

Privacy is very important to EDENRED ESPAÑA, S.A. Therefore, we guarantee compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

 

This Privacy Policy regulates the processing of private data and information that may be collected and/or processed during browsing and contracting or adherence to the products included and/or accessible through the website www.edenred.es (hereinafter, the “Site”, the “Page” or “Web”) owned by EDENRED ESPAÑA, S.A. (hereinafter, “EDENRED”).

 

In some cases of contracting by associated businesses or end customers, personal data will be collected from the employees of the company you represent, or from your own employees if you are self-employed, for which EDENRED undertakes to ensure strict compliance with Spanish legislation on the protection of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.

EDENRED will collect your personal data through the various forms located on the Web and will process them for the purpose of:

  • To attend to the enquiries made by users and to manage the sending of the information requested by them through the various contact forms located on the Website (whether in relation to the products or in relation to the products Ticket Regalo, Corporate, Ticket Restaurant, Ticket Guardería, Ticket Edenred Fleet, Ticket Transporte and Ticket Restaurant Dietas or any other product/service offered by EDENRED);
  • To manage, process and maintain the services related to EDENRED products, or membership as an associate, which the user, on behalf of the company he/she represents or, in his/her own name, as a self-employed person, has contracted by accepting the respective General and Particular Conditions of Contract.
  • To manage and execute the contractual relationship maintained with the companies and Associated Businesses and to carry out the administrative tasks derived from the same;
  • In the event that the user (whether a company or an employee of the company) fills in the form provided in the Flexible Remuneration Plan - My Plan located on the website, the personal data will be processed in order to process the registration in the “Flexible Remuneration Plan”, as well as for its development, correct operation and to carry out basic administration tasks of the aforementioned Plan.
  • To provide interested parties with offers of products and services of interest to them. In compliance with the provisions of Article 21 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), if you do not wish to receive such commercial, advertising or promotional communications, whatever the channel used for this purpose (post, email, SMS or Whatsapp), you can communicate your decision free of charge by email to dpo.spain@edenred.com. Likewise, we inform you that in each commercial communication you receive from EDENRED you will be informed of the procedures enabled so that you can object free of charge to the processing of your data for commercial purposes. Your acceptance to receive commercial information is always revocable, without retroactive effects, in accordance with the provisions of article 22.2 of the LSSI.

The personal data of Customers and Associated Businesses shall be kept for as long as the contractual relationship with EDENRED is maintained and, in any case, until the period for claiming responsibilities or filing claims linked to the pre-existing contractual relationship has elapsed. In all other cases, the personal data provided will be kept for as long as the data subject does not request its deletion.

With regard to Customers, Associated Businesses and Beneficiaries, the legal basis for the processing of their data lies in the execution of the corresponding contract previously signed by the Customers and Associated Businesses with EDENRED.

In cases where there is no contractual relationship linking the user directly or indirectly with EDENRED, the legal basis for the processing of their personal data is their freely given consent at www.edenred.es

In certain circumstances, data subjects may request that we restrict the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain the data for the purpose of exercising or defending claims.

On grounds relating to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data.

EDENRED ESPAÑA, S.A. shall cease to process the data, except for imperative legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.

EDENRED informs you that it has implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to guarantee the security of your personal data and to avoid its alteration, loss, processing and/or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or from the physical or natural environment.

You are responsible for all acts that occur through the use of your Passwords. We therefore recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone other than the account manager. Should you nevertheless decide to disclose your password or any information to third parties, you must assume responsibility for all acts that are performed with the use of your passwords. If you cease to have control over your password, you may lose substantial control over your information and, therefore, you must take responsibility for any actions taken on your behalf. Accordingly, if you believe that your passwords may be in any of the above circumstances, you should change them immediately.

Your password is encrypted and therefore secure. However, it is recommended that you do not use the same password on different websites. Your password secures access to your account, so please keep it carefully. If you have forgotten your account password, you can use the «I forgot my password» service provided by EDENRED. This process will ask you to enter your username and email address, and then a new password will be generated to recover your account.
