Ticket Restaurant Zero is a virtual card that is issued in real time (no waiting), eliminates the production of plastic and simplifies the activation and recharge processes. In addition, you can select the PIN number you want and it allows you to add the card to up to 4 different devices.

How can I pay in a restaurant with my virtual card?

You must download any of the following apps to add your card and be able to pay with it: Google Pay, Apple pay or Samsung Pay (depending on your device).

What do I do if I lose my mobile phone?

If you have lost your mobile phone or it has been stolen, you can cancel your old card and request a new card from another mobile device. Just log in to your account from the MyEdenred app and go to your card menu, where you will find the option to cancel your card. We will ask you if you want another card and in a few minutes you will have it on your device. If you can't access another device, contact your company so that they can cancel your card and request a new one.

Is it safe to use Ticket Restaurant Zero?
