You will be able to choose the PIN number of your card during the card activation process via the app. MyEdenred or from our website www.clientes.edenred.es. To do this, you will have to access your private area with your username and password and follow the step-by-step instructions that will appear on the screen.
Before starting the process, have at hand your card and accompanying document. You will need them to consult the activation code and the CVC2 on the back of the form. Once you have started the process, you must complete it to the end in order to choose your PIN.

Remember that, in the case of cards in physical format, the option to choose the PIN code is valid for cards issued from 20 February 2023 and only via app and web (functionality not available via telephone activation).
In the case of Ticket Restaurant Zero, you will always be able to choose the PIN of your card through the MyEdenred app following the same process during the activation of the card.
I have forgotten my PIN code, how can I retrieve it?
Log in to your MyEdenred APP account and schoose “Change or remember my PIN” in the menu of your Ticket Transport product..
You will need to enter your username and password and the CVC2 code found on the back of your card. Select “Remember PIN” and memorise your code or keep it in a safe place.

Log in to your private user area >> Select “Balance and Management” in the top menu and then “Product Management” in the side menu of your user area. Transport Ticket >> Schoose “Change or remember PIN”.” >> Confirm your identity by entering your username and password. >> Enter the code CVC2 found on the back of your card. >> Finally, select “Remember PIN” and memorise your code or store it in a safe place.

Can I use Ticket Restaurant in supermarkets?
According to the law in Spain, meal vouchers can only be used in catering establishments, so they cannot be used in supermarkets.
However, you can use Ticket Restaurant in a large number of establishments with home delivery service. You can check all partner restaurants in our MyEdenred app.
The payment with my Ticket Restaurant card did not work, what can I do?
If you have checked that your card has credit, has not expired and is not due to any usage parameters set by your company, call 91 910 0757 or 93 111 0086 so that we can check if there has been a problem. If your card is defective, you will have to change it through your company's HR department.
Is there a minimum consumption with the Ticket Restaurant card?
The Ticket Restaurant card does not allow purchases of less than one euro, apart from the limitations that your company may impose. However, sometimes the establishment imposes a minimum amount when paying with cards.
What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
If you need to, you can cancel your card from our MyEdenred app, using the temporary blocking or definitive cancellation option that you will find in the action menu of your card. You can also do this from clientes.edenred.es or by calling 91 910 0757 or 93 111 0086 (available Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00).
Can I change my card PIN?
Change of PIN
To find out if your card allows you to change your PIN, you can go to My Account from the app MyEdenred or from the web and select the option “Change or remember my PIN”. If this option is not available, the system will only show you the current card code, but will not let you change it.
If PIN code modification is available you will need to follow these steps:

You will need to enter your username and password and the CVC2 code found on the back of your card. Select the “Change PIN” option and choose a code that is easy to remember.

Ticket Restaurant can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner, not limited to the consumption of beverages.
When can I use Ticket Restaurant?
You may use your card at any time of the day, within your working hours, during your lunch break. In case your company has established a more specific usage framework (setting days, hours, or other restrictions), your HR department will inform you of these limitations.
What is the maximum amount I can use with Ticket Restaurant per day?
By law, the employee can receive and use a maximum of €11 per day worked, but each company chooses the final amount to be given. Your employer will inform you of the amount of your daily allowance.
The restaurant has not accepted Ticket Restaurant

Can the restaurant set conditions when accepting Ticket Restaurant?
The partner restaurant must accept Ticket Restaurant at any time and charge the same amount as with a payment method or cash.
If I terminate my contract with my current employer, can I keep the balance of my Ticket Restaurant Card?
It is up to your company to decide on this, so you will have to contact the relevant department.
How do I get my card PIN?
