What happens to my virtual card if I leave the company?
Generally, either your card remains active so that you can spend the remaining balance, or your employer can regularise this amount in your severance pay. However, each company may have different alternatives, so we recommend that you check with your human resources department.
Do the virtual Ticket Restaurant Zero card and the physical Ticket Restaurant card have different numbers?
Yes, they are cards with different numbers.
Where can I check my card details?
In the MyEdenred app in the section where the image of your card appears. On Android you can consult the data by clicking on the “eye” icon above the card image. On Apple, via the “Show card” option.
What can I do with the MyEdenred application?
Our app will allow you to check your balance and movements, find out where to eat in our network and carry out other actions on your virtual card. You have everything you need in MyEdenred.
Why doesn't my card automatically change to Ticket Restaurant Zero on the platforms where I had the physical Ticket Restaurant card added?
For security reasons. As it is a new card with a different number, you must be the one to add your new card as a payment method on the platforms you wish.
What happens if I lose my credentials: username and password?
You can always recover your password from the MyEdenred app by clicking on Recover password. An email will be sent with a newly generated password that you can change when you log in to the app.
How can I pay in a restaurant with my virtual card?
You must download any of the following apps to add your card and be able to pay with it: Google Pay, Apple pay or Samsung Pay (depending on your device).
What do I do if the payment with Ticket Restaurant Zero does not work in an establishment?
Check if you have sufficient credit and if you are using your card in the establishments and under the rules of use allowed by your company. You can check this information in our MyEdenred app.
How do I pay in online shops and on ordering platforms?
You will only need the card details to enter them in the platform of your choice. This information can be consulted from the section on your card in the MyEdenred app. On Android you can check your card details by clicking on the “eye” icon above the card image. On Apple, via the “Show card” option.
Can the restaurant not accept mobile payments?
Don't worry, all card payment terminals support mobile payment. You will always be able to make the payment, unless the terminal is faulty.
Does the Ticket Restaurant Zero card have an expiry date?
Yes, you can check the exact conditions on the “Other options” button in the card section of the MyEdenred app.
When can I start using my virtual card?
The virtual card is received immediately, as long as your device is compatible. Activate your card from the MyEdenred app, add it to your device's wallet and you can start paying from your mobile.
Is it safe to use Ticket Restaurant Zero?
It is totally secure. If your mobile phone is lost or stolen, you can access your account from any other device, cancel your card and issue a new one. In addition, having a virtual card ensures that only you can use it, as only you have access to your mobile and your passwords.
What do I do if I lose my mobile phone?
If you have lost your mobile phone or it has been stolen, you can cancel your old card and request a new card from another mobile device. Just log in to your account from the MyEdenred app and go to your card menu, where you will find the option to cancel your card. We will ask you if you want another card and in a few minutes you will have it on your device. If you can't access another device, contact your company so that they can cancel your card and request a new one.
In which restaurants can I use my virtual card?
Check the usage network of our restaurants from the MyEdenred app. You can use it in restaurants that accept Mastercard and have NFC payment terminals.
If I have a Samsung device, can I add it to Google Pay and Samsung Pay?
Yes, you can add it to up to 4 different devices.
Can I add my Ticket Restaurant Zero card to more than one wallet?
Yes, you can add your card to up to 4 different devices, and enjoy mobile payment on your Google Pay account as well as Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.
What do I do if I can't add my card to the wallet?
The two main scenarios where the card cannot be added to a wallet are: - The device does not support NFC. - The mobile is routed (in this case, for security reasons, Google Pay and Apple Pay do not allow it to be added to the app).
Why can't I pay with the MyEdenred app?
To pay physically in an establishment you must download any of the 3 main wallets on the market (Google Pay, Apple Pay or Samsung Pay). In the case of home delivery platforms, you will only need your card details, which you can consult in our MyEdenred app.
How do I link my virtual card to my wallet?
Once your card has been activated, you must add it to the wallet by clicking on the Add to Apple Pay / Google Pay button. If you use Samsung Pay, you will have to do it manually from the wallet itself. Before adding the new card to the wallet, always remember to delete the old Ticket Restaurant card first (if you have already added it).
Why do I have to add my card to the wallet?
In order to be able to pay with your mobile phone, you must always add your card to your device's wallet (whether it is Google Pay, Apple Pay or Samsung Pay).
If I am unable to use the virtual card, how long will it take to arrive and how and where will I receive it?
As soon as we inform you that we have issued you with a physical card, you will receive your card within 5 days of receiving this email. You will need to check with your company for the address and delivery method.
What happens to my old card when I activate the new virtual card?
It is cancelled. As soon as you activate the new one, the old one ceases to be operational. But don't worry: your accumulated balance is transferred from one account to another almost immediately.
How can I apply for a new virtual card?
If you have lost your mobile phone or it has been stolen, you can request a card from another mobile device. To do so, log in to MyEdenred, identify yourself and select the option to cancel your card in the menu of your card. We will ask you if you want another card and in a few minutes you will have it on your device. If you cannot access another device, contact your company so that they can cancel your card and request a new one.
Why did I receive a physical card?
If we have sent you a physical card, you may not have completed the registration process, you may not have been able to log in to the app, or your device may not be compatible.
How can I change the PIN on my card?
In the MyEdenred Spain app, in the menu of your card you will find the option to manage your PIN: just follow the instructions on the screen. Remember that you can only choose the PIN if your card is virtual.
In which email address will I receive the security code to activate the card?
In the email address you used to create your account in the MyEdenred app.
What is the verification code?
It is a security code to activate your card and choose or remember your PIN. You will receive it in the email with which you registered in the app.
How do I activate my card from the MyEdenred app?
When you enter the MyEdenred app we will show you the card to activate and the steps to follow. Remember that you will also have to add it to the wallet to start using it.
Why do I have to download the MyEdenred app and create a user account?
You must do this in order to activate your card and add it to your device's wallet to start using it; this ensures that only you have access to your card.
What happens if I don't receive the email to start the registration process?
We will send you a physical card. We advise you to contact your company to check that we have your correct details.
What does NFC mean?
It is a technology that enables mobile payment between two devices within a distance of less than 10 cm. It stands for Near Field Communication.
What if my mobile phone is not compatible?
If not compatible, you will receive a physical Ticket Restaurant card.
How do I know if my phone is compatible?
Your mobile phone will be compatible if it has NFC technology. You can check this in the settings section of your phone. All Apple models from the iPhone 6 onwards are compatible, as well as most Android devices, except for Huawei models without access to Google services.
Can I order a physical card if my company has chosen the virtual option?
No. The physical card is issued only in cases where the user's mobile device does not support mobile payment.
Can I have my physical Ticket Restaurant card and Ticket Restaurant Zero?
No, you can only have one of the two types of card: either the physical card or the virtual card on your mobile so that you always have it with you wherever you go.
If I am already a Ticket Restaurant card user, can I change to Ticket Restaurant Zero?
No, the decision on what type of card format to issue is made by your company.
