This is reflected in the <strong>\u201cStudy on well-being and health at work in Spain\u201d.\u201d<\/strong>, The <strong>Edenred<\/strong>, a multi-solution digital platform specialising in employee engagement and social benefits, together with <strong>Savia<\/strong>, consultants with MAPFRE's health and wellness solutions. The report offers a snapshot of the current working environment in Spain and reveals that aspects such as emotional pay, occupational health and flexible remuneration are increasingly present in the priorities of talent.<\/p><h2><strong>Wage satisfaction: a fragmented reality<\/strong><\/h2><p>The data from the study are clear: <strong>only 49.7% of professionals in Spain say they are satisfied with their salary.<\/strong>. Within the remaining 50.3% , <strong>half believe that<\/strong>, The pay could be better, <strong>welfare at work conditions<\/strong> what your company has to offer <strong>contribute to balancing this perception<\/strong>. In fact, a relevant figure is that<strong> 1 in 4 workers value their company's provision of benefits<\/strong> such as flexible remuneration, emotional pay or health services, among others. \u00a0<\/p><p>The differences are especially marked according to age, with <strong>Baby Boomers <\/strong>(55-60) the most critical group with regard to their pay, followed by the <strong>Generation X<\/strong> (45-54), reflecting an increasing trend of wage dissatisfaction with increasing age.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>This data reflects the fact that workplace wellbeing has become a strategic priority, not only to attract and retain talent, but also to preserve the emotional health of teams through emotional pay.\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong>Flexible pay: a tool with great potential<\/strong><\/h2><p>Despite its tangible benefits, <strong>only 43% of talent in Spain has access to flexible remuneration plans<\/strong>, with important differences depending on the size of the company. Companies with 500 to 1,000 employees stand out, while in micro-companies only 1 in 4 people have access to this type of benefit.<\/p><p>The study identifies the following as the most valued options <strong>health insurance (30,1%)<\/strong>, the <strong>Ticket Restaurant (20,5%)<\/strong> and <strong>mobility (20%)<\/strong>, The EU has a direct impact on health, savings and work-life balance.<\/p><p>Mobility aids are more valued by Generation Z, while the Ticket Restaurant maintains a stable level of preference between generations. On the other hand, the <strong>training <\/strong>is particularly prominent among Millennials (25-44 year olds).<\/p><h2><strong>Mental health: a shared need<\/strong><\/h2><p>The report also points out a fact that cannot be overlooked: <strong>64% of talent say that their work affects their emotional health to a greater or lesser extent.<\/strong>. Most link this impact to times of high workload, but 23.2% report feeling this effect on a constant basis.<\/p><p>The most frequent symptoms are work anxiety (54%), chronic stress (49.5%), insomnia (36%) and depressive symptoms (33.3%).
