Conocer este margen es fundamental para <\/span><b>verificar la rentabilidad de un negocio,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sea cual sea su tama\u00f1o e independientemente de su sector de actividad.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saber calcular correctamente el margen de ventas \u201csirve\u201d para muchas cosas:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cerciorarnos de que nuestra pyme est\u00e1 obteniendo la rentabilidad que hab\u00edamos previsto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tener datos fiables para poder abordar campa\u00f1as de rebajas o promociones sin \u201cpillarnos los dedos\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poder comparar la evoluci\u00f3n de nuestro negocio con la evoluci\u00f3n de nuestros competidores directos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saber si podemos o no contratar nuevo personal estable o personal de refuerzo para campa\u00f1as de ventas extraordinarias.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tomar decisiones acerca de la retribuci\u00f3n fija o de la&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.edenred.es\/retribucion-flexible\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>retribuci\u00f3n flexible<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de nuestro personal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo se calcula el margen de ventas?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay dos formas cl\u00e1sicas de calcular el margen de ventas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>En euros \u20ac<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o lo que los expertos denominan t\u00e9rminos absolutos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>En porcentaje %<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o t\u00e9rminos relativos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Olvid\u00e1ndonos de IVA, IGIC y resto de impuestos, vamos a intentar aclarar c\u00f3mo se calcula el margen de ventas con un simple <\/span><b>ejemplo cotidiano:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> imagina que tienes una tienda de ropa y que compras un pantal\u00f3n a tu mayorista por valor de 100 euros, pero en tu tienda lo pones lo pones a la <\/span><b>venta al p\u00fablico por un valor de 150 \u20ac.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu margen de ventas?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunos dir\u00e1n que el margen de ventas de este comerciante ser\u00eda del 50 %, pero atenci\u00f3n, eso <\/span><b>no es as\u00ed:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si hablamos en t\u00e9rminos absolutos -en euros-el margen de ventas del ejemplo ascender\u00eda a <\/span><b>50 \u20ac <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">por cada pantal\u00f3n que vendamos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero si hablamos en t\u00e9rminos relativos &#8211; de porcentaje- el margen de ventas de nuestro ejemplo ser\u00eda del <\/span><b>33 % y no del 50 %.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguro que entiendes bien el primer c\u00e1lculo: si compramos un pantal\u00f3n por 100 \u20ac y lo vendemos por 150 \u20ac, meteremos en nuestra caja registradora 50 \u20ac. Pero esto no quiere decir que estemos teniendo un margen de ventas del 50 %, este es <\/span><b>el error m\u00e1s t\u00edpico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en el que cae la mayor\u00eda de inexpertos en el tema. Nuestro margen de ventas en porcentaje, en t\u00e9rminos relativos, ser\u00eda de <\/span><b>solo el 33 %.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00bfC\u00f3mo llegamos a ese porcentaje?
