This is how you can start budgeting for your business travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a business trip, budget is very important. Managing it correctly is essential for a successful trip. However, expenses can sometimes exceed your expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aspects such as transport, meals, accommodation and leisure time can be more expensive than you first thought. So that this does not happen and you can plan ahead, it is very useful to create a budget plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before doing so, a number of factors need to be clear. This is why we say that there are two parts to planning a business travel budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-parte-1-aspectos-generales\">Part 1: General<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to create good planning, you must first:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.Specify the destination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.Know how many people are coming<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.Know the duration of the journey<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. This time, we are not going to reflect on general aspects, but on the trip itself. But if you are going abroad, you should first of all find out the exchange rate of the country and how much things cost there. Keep in mind that your budget may be larger or smaller depending on the destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-transporte\"><strong>Transport<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You have to think about both the outward and the return journey. Think about the cost of flights and the length of the trip. Consider whether you will need to hire cars and how much fuel you will need. Compare whether it is more economical to take taxis or public transport than to hire cars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-alojamiento\"><strong>Accommodation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is an important part of the budget. Be clear about which hotel or resort you will be staying at, the services it has per night and the value for money it offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comidas\"><strong>Meals<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When we talk about meals, we refer to breakfast, lunch and dinner. In order to do this, it is important to be clear about what services the accommodation offers, whether it only offers breakfast or all meals. Even if it has a kitchen or not. You should also know how often you will eat out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ocio\"><strong>Leisure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If your work allows it and the company gives you permission, you can take some time to get to know the place better.
