But what measures should every company implement to ensure that employees have more advantageous conditions that do not harm their family life?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conciliacion-familiar-por-encima-de-todo\">Family reconciliation above all else<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is no secret that, nowadays, among the factors most valued by employees when choosing a company to work for, work-life balance comes first, even above salary conditions. For many employees, it is more of a necessity than a benefit. In order to take care of their children, parents need to reduce the number of hours they work in the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-teletrabajo-como-solucion-a-la-conciliacion\">Teleworking as a solution for work-life balance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Provided that the employee can work remotely in a suitable space, this type of work makes work-life balance much easier, as, among other things, it saves a lot of time in terms of travel.
