However, this reality is not always reflected in companies, especially in management teams, which means that they often end up being biased and without a clear vision of the future.<strong> represent the immediate realities of both the company and its customers<\/strong>. To avoid this, the concept of inclusive leadership has arisen, a philosophy that allows management processes to be led on the basis of diversity and inclusion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-es-el-liderazgo-inclusivo\">What is inclusive leadership?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Inclusive leadership is the ability to install a philosophy of inclusion in a company or work environment. In other words, <strong>a work philosophy focused on creating a diverse working community of individuals that allows for a broad and comprehensive perspective of social and business realities<\/strong> in which it operates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-beneficios-del-liderazgo-inclusivo\">Benefits of inclusive leadership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The advantages of applying inclusive leadership in a company are many. Some of the most recognisable are as follows:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Attracting and retaining talent<\/strong>One of the main benefits of inclusive leadership is its ability to attract and retain business talent.
