Because it is an event that addresses actions related to the activity of the convening company, it should be understood as much more than a mere social action. However, in most cases, the main objective(s) are usually in line with one of the following strategies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Publicise new products or services.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edenred.es\/en\/blog\/employer-branding-que-es-rrhh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">company branding<\/a> or one of its brands.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivation and\/or training of company staff.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve or increase the sense of belonging to the company.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commemorate events or anniversaries especially related to the company's history.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Honouring employees or customers.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tipos-de-eventos-empresariales\">Types of business events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The variety of types of business events that can be found is very wide.
