Thus, they can be divided as follows.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Very short sick leave<\/strong>when the duration is less than 5 calendar days.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Short sick leave<\/strong>those lasting between 5 and 30 calendar days.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Average sick leave<\/strong>those lasting between 31 and 60 calendar days.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Long sick leave<\/strong>those lasting more than 60 calendar days.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the duration of sick leave, sick leave can be of one of the following types depending on its nature.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sick leave <strong>for common illness<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Sick leave <strong>for occupational disease<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Sick leave <strong>by accident at work<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Sick leave <strong>for non-occupational accidents<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cual-es-el-tiempo-maximo-que-se-puede-estar-de-baja\">What is the maximum amount of time you can be on sick leave?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The maximum length of time that sick leave may be extended is <strong>18 months<\/strong>. In this regard, it is most common that <strong>the number of casualties to be extended according to the needs<\/strong> and situation of the worker. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, you can apply for 6 months of sick leave. After that time, it can be extended for another 6 months, and then for another 6 months.
