Most of the time, <\/span>Obligations to the tax authorities have a deadline. This deadline will probably be set on one of the working days of the tax office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, this does not mean that, from the date on which the notification is received or from the time of awareness of the commitment until the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">deadline<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, all of which are to be working days.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taking this peculiarity into account could give us a much-needed extra margin in some cases.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-donde-consultar-los-dias-habiles-de-hacienda\">Where to check the tax authorities' working days<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><b>There are two sources to consult each year to find out which are the working days of the tax authorities. These are as follows:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.agenciatributaria.es\/AEAT.internet\/Inicio\/La_Agencia_Tributaria\/Normativa\/Otra_normativa_de_interes\/Calendario_de_dias_inhabiles\/Calendario_de_dias_inhabiles.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>Tax Agency website<\/b><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>BOE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In this bulletin, each year the Resolution is published in which the non-working days established for the annual period in question are published. Currently, the one in force is the&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/doc.php?id=BOE-A-2018-16904\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resolution of 29 November 2018, of the Secretary of State for Public Administration<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dias-habiles-hacienda-cuales-no-lo-son\">Tax working days: which ones are not<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><b>As is the case in many other situations, it is much easier to identify tax working days when it comes to identifying which days are not tax working days.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This group of days are known as non-working days and include:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sundays of every week of the year.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saturdays are also.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Public holidays in each locality.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regional holidays.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">National holidays are not replaceable.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-los-dias-inhabiles-de-hacienda-cual-es-su-origen\">Tax holidays: where they come from<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><b>The reasons for tax holidays can vary widely. They range from religious reasons<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, The festivity of Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de la Pe\u00f1a in Fuerteventura, which is celebrated on 20 September; <\/span><b>to historical motifs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, The Constitution Day is celebrated all over Spain on 6 December. It is a tradition regulated by law, which began in 83.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>The peculiarity of the current working days of the Inland Revenue is that it is actually possible to carry out the necessary formalities with the Tax Agency.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This is one of the advantages of the <a href=\"https:\/\/sede.hacienda.gob.es\/es-es\/paginas\/home\">Electronic Headquarters<\/a>, This facilitates the management of e-mails, the sending of documentation and the filling in of forms, among others, regardless of the day, time or place from which they are carried out.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>However, there is one important detail to bear in mind.
