Where can I use Ticket Compliments?

You will find all the businesses that accept Ticket Compliments in our search tool or the Edenred mobile app.

Can I share my Ticket Compliments with my family and friends?

Ticket Compliments® can be used by the bearer, meaning that no ID will be requested.

Does the business have to give me change?

No, the business is not required to give you any change if the value of the voucher is higher than your bill.

Can I exchange Ticket Compliments for cash?

Ticket Compliments® cannot be exchanged for cash and nor is the business required to give you any change. If your bill is higher than the value of the voucher, you can complete the payment using any other payment method accepted by the business.

Do Ticket Compliments vouchers expire?

Ticket Compliments® vouchers are valid until their expiry date, which is always printed on the front of the voucher.

My vouchers have expired. What can I do?

Any refunds or reimbursements for expired vouchers should take place via the contracting company. Edenred cannot issues any replacements or refunds to individuals directly.

I have vouchers that have expired. What should I do?

Remember that you can return expired vouchers to us up to two months after the expiry date. For example, if you receive a voucher on 30 December 2020 that expires on 31 December 2020, you have until 28 February 2021 to send it to us.

Can I accept foreign vouchers?

No, vouchers are only valid in their countries of origin.

Am I required to give change from the vouchers?

No, the vouchers cannot be exchanged for money. This means that you are not required to give change when the customer’s bill is less than the value of the voucher.

How do I send you the vouchers?

Stamp the back or front of all the vouchers without covering the bar code. 

Count the vouchers and group them together by value (for example: five €9 vouchers, making €45) and make a note on the white delivery form. Then make a note of the overall total.

Place all the vouchers into the laminated security envelope. 

Deliver the envelope to any branch of BBVA or Banco Santander (you do not need to be a customer yourself). 

Keep the delivery receipts (the envelope flap and the yellow delivery form stamped by the bank) for any future claims.
